I’m a writer, teacher and real estate agent. Sounds like a crazy life, and it is a little bit right now! But I raised five kids and I think there are some moms like me that have to wear more than one hat to keep sane. Once the nest empties, it’s hard for some of us to focus on one thing. After all, we had to specialize in x number of individual humans and all of their interests. Plus, we were drivers, cooks, nannies, homework professors, and we probably also had a job or side gig too. For people like me, one hat is just plain boring. But it’s nice to be able to shed about 20 hats. Three is a snap!
So, I’d like to offer you help in the home buying process. I’ve bought a few myself and have spent a small fortune on real estate education. I’ve done a few flips, have a couple of rentals and sold houses.
If you’re looking for a home in the area or in central Ohio, give me a call. Often, new homebuyers are confused and bewildered by all that’s involved in choosing and funding their new home. I love to help with that process!
I’ve been trained by the best, and my real estate broker and his staff are extremely supportive and helpful to all of their agents. Carleton Realty, LLC is owned by Bob Kutsbach who is the broker overseeing a growing group of well trained and successful real estate agents in Columbus Ohio. Bob is an award winning instructor at Hondros College in Westerville. I live in the Southeast Ohio area, but can’t help but be drawn to the hot market in Columbus!
If you have any doubt that Carleton Realty is a great place to start your homebuying or home selling adventure, check out these stats. Carleton Realty LLC, is the number 1 brokerage in percentage sales volume growth in central Ohio! I’d like to bring the robust and ongoing training I’ve received to the Southeast Ohio area. And if you need to relocate in or near Columbus, I can definitely help with that too.
I also own Marietta and Beyond dot com, and we now have an office in Marietta at the armory. So if you want to chat about home buying or selling, or you want to discuss something pertaining to this online magazine, please give me a call and we can set a time. I’m not here all of the time, but you can also stop in if you happen to be close by! My office phone number is 740-370-6347.
